Warwickshire CCC & Fisher House UK
Warwickshire CCC is a proud supporter of Fisher House UK, the home away from home for military patients and their families on the site of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.
The 18 bedroom house offers military families the chance to stay within walking distance of the hospital, whilst their loved one is being treated at the hospital.
With spacious ensuite bedrooms, and comfortable communal areas, it is also ideal for military patients to visit during the day and spend time with their families, friends, or mates from their regiments - including watching the latest test match cricket in the big screen cinema room!
Fisher House is funded completely by charitable donations, and is owned and run by the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Charity. The house is free to stay in for families and patients, for as long as they need to use the house.
It costs the charity £25 for a family to stay for a night, and all that money comes from fundraising. Please come along to our Community Day and help us fundraise to support our military heroes and families.
